By accessing or using HuddleHub ("the Service"), operated at huddlehub.team, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, coaches, parents, team administrators, and others who access or use the platform.
Description of Service
HuddleHub is a team management platform designed for high school sports programs. The Service provides tools for roster management, game scheduling, score tracking, photo galleries, team announcements, volunteer coordination, and college recruiting profiles. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use HuddleHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Service

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Service without authorization
- Post personal information of minors without proper parental or guardian consent
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, content, logos, and branding, is owned by HuddleHub and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without express written permission.
Content you upload to HuddleHub (including photos, player information, and team data) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant HuddleHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuddleHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or content
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Errors or inaccuracies in content
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
- Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, we will make reasonable efforts to remove your data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
